Demo complete kitchen, redo electrical, plumbing, insulation, vapour barrier. Install ½” drywall on walls and ceiling, tape 3 coats. Install 13”x20” porcelain tile in a brick pattern throughout kitchen, hallway, powder room, laundry room and foyer. (460 sq ft). Install custom cabinets with Caesar stone counter top, double sink, faucet, garberator, and all new appliances. Backsplash is a stone mosaic with no grout joints. There is a 6” plaster crown moulding going on top of the cabinets and the walls. Paint, trim, pot lights, vanity in powder room where also completed.

Complete demo of basement, water proofing was completed around the house, tar paper, framing, electrical, surround sound for entertainment area with speakers throughout home for music controlled by iPad and wall mounted control, insulation on exterior and interior walls, sound insulation in ceiling, new gas lines for top floor stove, B.B.Q. and fireplace with manifold in furnace room. 5/8” drywall on ceiling, ½” drywall on walls, cement board around fireplace. Gas fireplace insert with stone on top and around fireplace also marble hearth. Laminate flooring, crown moulding, pot lights, trim, paint and custom cabinets where also completed.

Complete demo of existing bathroom, reframe walls and shower, rough in and install shower fixture, bathtub with fixture. Insulate walls and vapour barrier exterior, cement board on shower walls with mould and mildew resistant drywall on other walls. Shower floor has a cement base to create slope for drain with a mosaic tile on top. Shower walls have a 9”x18” travertine tile brick pattern with a custom soap box and bench. Mosaic boarder on shower wall also on face of bench and back of soapbox. Custom glass enclosure with glass door. Remaining bathroom walls have tiles 45” from ground up with a bull noise edge. Tub skirt is completed with tile, bull noise and mosaic mat. Bathroom floor is completed with 18”x18” travertine tile. Paint, trim, new fan, vanity, and, toilet where also finished.

Complete demo of main floor, Redo electrical for kitchen, pot lights, plugs and switches, relocate plumbing for new location of dishwasher, Insulate exterior with R12 and vapour barrier, install ½” drywall and tape with 3 coats, skim coat ceiling with 3 coats for smooth ceiling, install 3 ¼” maple hardwood thought out main floor, custom cabinets where made and installed, Caesar stone counter top was installed, marble backsplash, New sink with faucet, installed all appliances, all new trim and crown moulding thought out main floor, Prime and paint main floor.

Removed drywall from ceiling, framed bulkheads to create caw ford ceiling, installed pot lights, installed sound insulation and roughed in wires for surround sound. Installed drywall, taped all joints corners and screw holes 3 coats, installed crown moulding in each square and throughout main floor. Installed pot lights throughout main floor and paint.

Completed demo of master bathroom and 4th bedroom to create a master ensuite of 160 sq ft. Brought up new ¾” water line from basement for more volume and pressure, also 6 new power lines and ½” gas line. Relocated all drains and water lines for new location of toilet, bathtub, vanity and shower. Reframed interior walls, lower ceiling in shower for recessed rain heads and frame for fireplace with a niche on the bathroom side for a 42” plasma and a niche on the bedroom side for a 50” plasma. Roughed in and installed 2 controls, 4 body sprays, a hand held and 2 rain heads. Roughed in and installed 11 pot lights with insulted boxes on 4 separate switches and 2 bathroom fans on separate switches. Toilet has its own area with a pocket door for privacy. Reinsulated ceiling with R40 insulation and drywall all walls and ceiling with mould and mildew resistant drywall. Shower has cement board on walls. Taped all corners, joints and screw holes 3 coats. Installed crown moulding throughout bathroom and master bedroom. Bathroom was completely primed and painted with Benjamin Moore bath and spa paint. Installed a shower liner on the floor of the shower and created the slope of the floor for drainage with a cement base. Tiles on shower floor are a marble mosaic; on the walls are 12”x24” porcelain tiles with a marble mosaic boarder. There are 2 marble soap boxes recessed in the walls and marble jams. The shower has a glass enclosure. Bedroom and bathroom had all new baseboard and casing installed. The bathroom floor has 12”x24” porcelain tile which is heated throughout by heated cables below the tiles which are controlled on a digital thermostat. Fireplace is double sided and is vented through the roof. Bathtub is a 72”x50” 2 person tub that has two pumps (one for floor jets and one for side jets) also has a radio built in and lights. Vanity is custom made with a 36” long sink with two fixtures, medicine cabinet is custom made and is recessed in the wall with a plug outlet inside to charge the tooth brushes.
